No language problems for correspondence via e-mail: when you receive an e-mail from a foreign customer containing questions and doubts, there's no need to worry about how you're going to understand and answer. The e-mail received in a foreign language will feature a translate button, which will translate it. You can reply in your own language because the customer will have the same translation system when he/she receives your message. So there's no need to "panic" about receiving requests in languages you cannot understand.

To help you choose the best photos, send us all the pictures of your property via e-mail (it is advisable to send more than the number required), so that our staff can choose the best for publication on the website. Please send photos of the interior and exterior to offer potential customers a clear view of your properties.
Minimum resolution: width - 360 pixels. Maximum size: 350 KB.

Security: Tuscany Rent Direct undertakes to abstain from giving out your data (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) to potential tenants. We will only give them the e-mail address supplied by you. After your first contact with the customer, you - and you alone - can decide what information to give out.

Calendar of available dates: Every property will have a calendar of available dates and reservations. All changes to these parameters can easily be made from your computer. We recommend that you keep the calendar up to date, indicating the real availability at all times.

Updating your data and descriptions: You can alter any previously uploaded data regarding your property easily from your computer, whenever you wish. These changes will appear within 24/48 hours.

Private owners: As the name suggests, Tuscany Rent Direct is strictly reserved for private owners, and announcements from agencies will not be accepted.
Owners of a single unit or of several properties: After signing-up with your name and receiving your access codes, you can add other properties using the same registration. The annual fee will be calculated on the basis of the number of properties registered. When you exceed two property units, further properties will receive a 10% discount.
Holiday Farms and Residences: After signing-up, the annual fee will be per unit. When you exceed one unit, further units will receive a 54% discount.
